The pizza that shocked the world ! This creation won the biggest pizza contest in the country Pizza Festiva in Las Vegas .
We start with a very unique base sauce of apricot preserves from the Lake Erie region. We then add some red pepper flakes for accent to the sweetness . Next we top with our house made caramelized onions and chicken .
